Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Conveys Information Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Conveys Information Technology and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or your violation of these terms.
